Statisticians

TAYLOR CONSULTANTS supports the ARNG Directorate by applying organizational research and statistical analysis methodologies and techniques as it relates to the successful integration and transformation of legacy pay and personnel systems and business processes to Defense Integrated Military Human Resource System (DIMHRS). TAYLOR CONSULTANTS works independently as part of a special project team for to apply statistical methods, studies and surveys across legacy pay and personnel systems and processes to test data populations through the design and conduct of experiments to collect and formulate test results on “to be” applications under DIMHRS. Additionally, we assist to help qualify relationships of supporting systems and business processes and predict quality, accuracy and consistency of information as it relates to personnel and financial data. We also have primary responsibility to orchestrate the planning, and performance of the aforementioned analysis and advise the ARNG leadership on any impediments to the overall transformational strategy with specific emphasis on “as is” or legacy financial applications currently residing in the 54 States, Territories and District of Columbia that support the Defense Joint Military Pay System to pay entitlements for soldiers and airmen serving on both Active and Inactive Duty training.
