TAYLOR CONSULTANTS serves as liaison between the Joint Forces Headquarters Leadership, Functional Staff, i.e., J-1, J-6 and J-8, and National Guard Bureau in executing the transition strategy to successfully field, test and train personnel on Defense Integrated Military Human Resource System (DIMHRS) with specific emphasis on transitioning pay and personnel support as part of the DIMHRS Integration Group per the Assistant Secretary for the Army, Manpower and Reserve Affairs (ASA-MRA). Personnel provide expert technical guidance and have primary responsibility to plan, organize, coordinate and perform various tasks as directed by the DIG and NGB to expertly manage the fielding of DIMHRS without a lapse in either personnel or pay support for the National Guard.
