TAYLOR CONSULTANTS works with members of the Financial Services Center to plan, organize, and conduct audits and report findings in accordance with approved check lists and schedules for the Organizational Review Program throughout the 54 States, Territories and District of Columbia to ensure compliance with applicable policies, regulations and procedures for finance, accounting and budget functions conducted at each of the United States Property and Fiscal Offices.
