Minimum Experience: Must have ten (10) years of work experience with projects involving management,

Functional Responsibilities: Provides broad program oversight and interfaces directly with contract associates to ensure full compliance with performance objectives. Minimum Education: M.S. in statistics, math or related field and fluency with appropriate statistical analysis and database software.
Minimum Experience: Must have ten (10) years experience with study designs, common analysis methods, descriptive and inferential statistics, summarization of data and presentation practices. Good knowledge of statistical programming languages and working knowledge of UNIX, or equivalent operating systems, and common software products and technologies used in conjunction with SAS (e.g., Microsoft Office products) is preferred. General project management skills, and good oral and written communications skills is a must.
Functional Responsibilities: Provide technical oversight of statistical activities of external vendors to ensure timeliness and quality of analysis data and statistical outputs. Review and approve key statistical vendor deliverables. Represent the statistics function in support of directed studies. Provides statistical input to development and submission plans, and support contract deliverables. Provides accurate, statistically valid deliverables based on study protocols, statistical analysis plans for study reports or regulatory submission documents. Implement project level database (including derived database), analysis and reporting standards. Provide suggestions to achieve high quality databases and specifications. Functional Responsibilities: Performs all supporting tasks and functions to enter real property on the Property Book Accounting System. Reconciles unit inventory of major end items to ensure accountability. Inspects and receives in-coming property and ensures all items are recorded appropriately in the Property Book Accounting System. Reconciles applicable reports and resolves and discrepancies noted.
Minimum Education: B.A. or B.S. degree or demonstrated practical experience in the area of expertise required by the Task Order.
Minimum Experience: Must have five (5) or more year’s demonstrated experience in supply or related work discipline and be proficient in managing real property, and have two (2) years experience as a supervisor in acquisition management.
Functional Responsibilities: Reconciles unit inventory of major end items to ensure accountability. Inspects and receives in-coming property and ensures all items are recorded appropriately in the Property Book Accounting System. Reconciles applicable reports and resolves and discrepancies noted. Proficient in managing the property book accounting systems as they relate to accounting for real property and major end items.
Minimum Education: B.A. or B.S. degree or demonstrated practical experience in the area of expertise required by the Task Order.
Minimum Experience: Four years of progressive experience supporting and developing government procurements. Possess knowledge of the organization and contents of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), agency specific regulations, and be current and knowledgeable of acquisition streamlining initiatives and reforms. Demonstrates good organization and writing skills.
Functional Responsibilities: Develops Acquisition Plans and other procurement justification and approval documentation, Source Selection Plans including development of evaluation criteria, contract line item structures, statements of work, task statements, contract modifications, and contract correspondence. Uses various acquisition approaches, e.g. full and open competition, cost plus and fixed price contracts, Government Wide Agency Contracts and blanket purchase agreements, to formulate documentation for the various approaches. Performs contract administration.
Minimum Education: B.A. or B.S. degree. Attendance at federal government acquisition workforce training (e.g., DAWIA) may be substituted for a degree.
Minimum Experience: Must have six (6) years of progressive experience supporting and developing large, major, or complex government procurements. Possess in-depth knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), agency specific regulations, and have current and demonstrated experience with acquisition streamlining initiatives and reforms. Has experience in leading and managing other acquisition professionals, and has demonstrated good organization skills and excellent communications skills.
Functional Responsibilities: Performs strategic planning on acquisition approaches, especially for complex and first time procurements. Participates in the structuring of RFPs for complex and technology procurements and develops RFP and contract documentation. For major procurements, develops contract line item structures, reduces technical requirements into logical frameworks and unambiguous specifications and statements of work, leads development of evaluation criteria and evaluation schemes, and crafts project unique contract clauses. Develops the requisite planning and justification documentation for approval of major procurements, and supports and defends the procurement to approval authorities.
Minimum Education: B.A. or B.S. degree. An advanced degree or acquisition certification is preferred (CPCM, CACM, or certificate program).
